Who processes your data

The controller is whoever maintains Trading Auditor, and the channel to reach them is contato@tradingauditor.com. Full identification of the controller is provided to you, the data subject, if you request it through that channel — and to the competent authorities.

For any request about your data — access, correction, deletion, portability — use the contact page.

What we collect

• Sign-up: e-mail and password. The password is managed by Supabase and is never visible to us.
• The text you submit: the transcript or description of the technique you paste into the audit form.
• The reports generated from those submissions, linked to your account.
• Newsletter e-mail, if you subscribe — with double opt-in confirmation.
• Your acceptance of the legal documents: which version you accepted, when, and the address the request came from. It is what makes the contract provable, for you as much as for us.

Who we share it with

To work, the service sends data to three providers. None of them receives more than what the described function needs:

• Anthropic — the text you submit is sent to Anthropic’s API, which translates it into the language of our engine. It is the step that turns your description into a measurable technique, and there is no way to perform it without that transmission.
• Supabase — database and authentication. Stores sign-up details, reports and subscriptions.
• Resend — e-mail delivery (subscription confirmation and newsletter).

We do not sell data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond these.

There is no analytics, no tracking pixel and no third-party cookie. That is not a promise about the future: it is what the site's code does today. If audience measurement is ever added, this policy changes first — and the date at the top of the page records when.

How long we keep it

While the service is the public archive, the only personal data that exists is the newsletter e-mail and the account sign-up. The e-mail is kept for as long as you want to receive it; the sign-up, for as long as the account exists. A deletion request is handled through the contact channel, and it erases the record.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter deletes the rowrather than flagging it inactive — leaving means disappearing from the database, not sitting on a “do not send” list.

Where the data lives

The providers above operate outside Brazil, so there is an international transfer of data. The basis for that transfer is performing the service you asked for — receiving the newsletter or keeping an account — and your consent at the moment you asked for it.

Your rights

We process your data under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018). The service is read worldwide: if you are in a jurisdiction with its own data-protection law, the rights it gives you are honoured through the same channel, without you having to argue which law applies.

In any case, you can request access to, correction of, and deletion of your data through the contact page.

What the service does not do with your text

The technique you submit does not go into the public archive automatically. The archive only receives what we publish deliberately, and account reports live in a private directory, separate from the files that generate the public pages.
