A person reads this address; it is not the automated sender behind the archive notifications. Replying to it reaches whoever maintains the service. It is the same channel the privacy policy points to for requests about personal data.
About your data
Requests to access, correct, delete or port your data come in here. Describe what you need and write from the e-mail registered on the account — that is how we confirm the request is yours.
We answer within 15 days. If a request is complex enough to need longer, we say so inside that same window, with the reason and the new deadline — we do not leave a request in silence.
Found an error in a report?
Write to us. The report carries the technique, the parameters and the period used — send those along and the result can be reproduced exactly. A method error is corrected and recorded publicly; that is how the protocol works.
Your technique was rejected and you think it should not have been?
Write as well. A rejection for “the engine cannot express this yet” is recorded as a feature request, and that is where the queue of what to build next comes from.
